Antelope hunting - The season for Montana antelope hunting (gun) is early October and November. Hunting on private ranches around the Big Timber area, we use four wheel drives to spot the herds, stopping to glass the animals to size them. You can expect to see 14 to 15 inch horns most days of your hunt.

A chance for a 16 inch animal is not uncommon. Most Pronghorns have heavy, thick horns and large prongs make them excellent trophies. Our hunting areas are both north and south of the Yellowstone River. Our hunts are normally 100% successful as Antelope are plentiful in our area.

Archery Antelope - The archery season begins in early September. The same areas are hunted as in gun season. Both blinds and decoys are used and hunter opportunities are very high. Deadline for permits is June 1st.
